Shipping policy
We are a growing company and we use a fulfillment company for shipping orders. This means when you order something from us, they will package it up and send it to you. They have our products stored at different warehouses across the country. If you order more than one item, your order may ship in multiple boxes.

Shipping Timelines
If you order from our website, itspixie.com, we pack up and ship your order within 48 hours.
If you order from our Amazon store, shipping is subject to availability, your membership with Amazon, and your location. Amazon packages all orders within 24-48 hours. If you are an Amazon Prime member, your order will arrive to your location within 48 hours, as our products are all Prime enabled.
Shipping Rates
If you order from our website, we charge a flat rate of $4.95 standard shipping for any order under $50.00. Orders over $50.00 receive free shipping.

Do we ship outside the US?
We only ship to the contiguous United States, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii. If you live in Canada or the United Kingdom and wish to order our products, please check our Amazon store where we ship a limited number of times to these areas.
