About the Role
We are looking for a Product Development & Operations Assistant who is organized, resourceful, proactive, and great at solving problems.
This is a cross-functional role. You'll help with:
- Product development and new product launches
- Supplier communication and manufacturing
- Amazon and e-commerce troubleshooting
- Project coordination and follow-up
- Creating and improving processes
- Troubleshooting unexpected problems
- Supporting other teams and leadership with priority projects
The right person is someone who sees a problem and thinks, "I'll figure it out." You should be comfortable learning new things, managing multiple priorities, communicating clearly, and taking ownership without needing constant direction.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you'll help make sure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible through a variety of marketplaces.
Some days that means picking, packing, and shipping orders from our Walnut Shade warehouse. Other days that means preparing palletized shipments for Amazon, TikTok, and Walmart.
If you're someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in doing things well, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever you're needed, you may fit right in.
What You'll Do
Order Fulfillment, Shipping & Warehouse Operations
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently across multiple sales channels
- Receive incoming inventory and freight, verify shipments, organize and put away products, and prepare outbound packages, cartons, and palletized shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory and organized product locations throughout the warehouse
- Process returns and help prepare inventory for Amazon, Walmart, and other fulfillment channels
- Assist with product kitting, bundling, inventory counts, and other warehouse projects
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient packing, storage, and receiving areas
- Help ensure daily orders and shipments are completed accurately and meet carrier deadlines
- Shift between fulfillment, shipping and receiving, returns, kitting, and other priorities as order volume and business needs change

Physical Requirements
This is an active warehouse role. You should be comfortable:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Regularly lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bending, reaching, pushing carts, and performing repetitive warehouse tasks
- Working at a steady pace throughout the day
Schedule & Work Environment
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position based out of our warehouse and office facility in Walnut Shade, Missouri, just north of Branson and south of Ozark.
The exact schedule may shift based on order volume, customer needs, and the needs of the business.
Reliable transportation to and from our Walnut Shade facility is required.
