Pixie Panty Liners feature a 100% certified organic cotton topsheet, an absorbent core made from elemental chlorine–free natural wood pulp, a soft polyethylene backsheet, and a light adhesive to keep them in place. All materials are hypoallergenic.

What’s the difference between Regular and Long liners?

Regular Pixie Panty Liners give you standard coverage for everyday wear, while Long liners provide extra coverage and can absorb up to 5 mL. Both are best for light spotting, discharge, or daily backup—not for heavy menstrual flow.

Are Pixie Panty Liners good for sensitive skin?

Yes. They’re hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and moisture-wicking, with a design that locks away fluid and odors to help keep skin healthy and comfortable.

How many Pixie Panty Liners come in a pack?

Both Regular and Long sizes are available in 44-count and 88-count packs.

Can Pixie Panty Liners be used for menstrual flow?

They’re intended for light spotting or as daily backup. For heavier menstrual flow, Pixie Pads are the better choice.
