1. Wash Your Hands: Always start by thoroughly washing your hands.
2. Sterilize the Cup: Boil or steam your menstrual cup at the beginning and end of your cycle.
3. Fold the Cup: Click here to find the cup fold that works for you!
4. Insert the Cup: Sit on the toilet or put your leg on a stool; insert the cup into your vaginal canal until the stem of the menstrual cup is all the way inside. The cup will open inside and create a seal to collect menstrual blood. You can wear your cup for up to 12 hours.
5. Remove the Cup: Wash your hands, pinch the base of the cup to break the seal, and remove it slowly. Dump the contents into the toilet.
6.  Clean the Cup: Wash the cup with warm water and gentle soap before reinserting.
