The bundle comes with 2 Pixie Cups (1 small, 1 large), 1 reusable applicator, 2 totes, 4 individually wrapped feminine wipes, and 1 plant-based lubricant sample.

You can use the applicator or insert your cup by hand. Popular folds include the heart fold for easy opening, or the punch-down and triangle folds if you have a smaller opening or experience discomfort.

Leaks may mean you need a different size: a larger cup if it’s opening but still leaking, or a smaller one if it won’t fully open. If your cup slides down, you may need a larger size or to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.

Relax your muscles, squat, and gently pinch the base of the cup to break the seal. Avoid tugging on the stem alone.

Sanitize your cup before and after each cycle. If you’re prone to yeast infections, sanitize daily. You can boil it or use a Pixie Steamer.

Regular cleaning prevents odor. If it persists, try a vinegar-lemon rinse or place your cup in sunlight for a natural refresh.

Yes, Pixie Cups are safe to use with IUDs, NuvaRing, and most other internal birth control methods.

With proper care, Pixie Cups last up to 10 years. Stems may break if the cup is removed by pulling only on the stem or if the silicone isn’t cared for properly.

The Pixie Cup Applicator is designed to work with most brands of menstrual cups. While we recommend using it with our Pixie Cup for best results, it can also be used with other brands that have a similar size and shape. It does NOT work with discs.
