Pixie & 417 Female are hosting a 2 hour in-person session led by Dr. Ali Schermer to teach pre teens & teens about getting a period for the first time, using common period products & answering any questions in a safe environment.

Introducing Ali Schermer of The 417 Female

Ali Schermer, PT, DPT is an APTA-trained pelvic floor physical therapist practicing since 2018. Ali started her business, The 417 Female, in 2023 with the goal of connecting the community to empathetic, holistic care. Ali is extremely passionate about pelvic health and getting the information out to people that most pelvic floor dysfunction is common, but not normal. She is so excited to continue Pixie Cup's Period Party in the Springfield area to help normalize teaching young women and moms about their own bodies, and to empower them with knowledge to carry them through life!
